Start with a beginner’s mind.
Find your groove.
Experiment with different styles i.e., teachers and traditions.
Enjoy stretching like a cobra or a child.
Breath into a pose and listen to the wisdom you can hear if your body/mind is more still.
Make 2015 the year you live both adoring and being more honorable with your body.
Notice with more presence and awareness, you feel more connected and loving.
