Carrot Celery Snack
| October 30, 2013This salad is easy to make and is great as a snack, or light lunch to use while cleansing.
- 6 organic carrots,
- washed 3 ribs celery,
- chopped 1 cup apple or orange juice
- 2 heaping Tbs. natural almond butter
SaladÂ
Grate the six carrots in a food processor or by hand. Mix the grated carrots with the chopped celery together and store in a container. You can double this recipe for a larger amounts to store for a week.
Dressing BlendÂ
the juice with the almond butter in a blender. Store in a container and use with the salad at the time of eating.
