Sesame Soy Dressing
| October 30, 2013This full flavored Asian-Styled dressing is very versatile. Double or triple the recipe and store in the refrigerator for weeks. Toss it with salad greens, Asian noodles. Blanched vegetables, chicken breasts or fish.
- 2 Tbs toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbs brown rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
Toast sesame seeds on a cooking tray at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes until brown. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or a jar and mix well. Use immediately or refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 weeks.
