This study is flawed and a perfect example of how testing single nutrients can misguide you to misunderstand nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the truth.<\/p>\n<p>Calcium absorption is dependent on:<\/p>\n<p>1. the quality of the calcium ingested. Most calciums are VERY POORLY absorbed<br \/>\n2. excess animal protein blocks calcium absorption<br \/>\n3. Vitamin C and D, Magnesium, and Hydrochloric Acid must be present for calcium to be optimally uses<br \/>\n4.
