Ideally, a person can consume 4-6 cups of water per day depending on weight and exercise level.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Water is:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the most abundant nutrient in the body (60% &#8211; 65% of your total weight),<\/li>\n<li>responsible for the transport of nutrients and oxygen,<\/li>\n<li>key for regulating temperature,<\/li>\n<li>critical for proper elimination of waste and toxins,<\/li>\n<li>widely taken for granted and disrespected and polluted by most people<\/li>\n<li>the least forgiving of all the nutrients you consume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You can survive for weeks without food, but for only a couple of days without water.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Most people do not drink enough pure clean water<\/strong>. Most people rely on coffee, tea, soda, and juice for fluids.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make a habit of carrying water with you in a container that you use every day<\/strong>. Buying bottled beverages and discarding the plastic bottle is severely polluting to the earth. Buy a reusable bottle that is a litre or quart and drink all of the water before 6 PM.
