LOVE YOUR BODY Tips for Better Sleep Part I

Naturopathic and Functional Medicine approaches using food, supplements and herbs can train our nervous system how to better relax during the day to support better sleep at night. Mindfulness training using meditation while using amino acids, and inositol and theanine can support people to get off habit forming medications that usually leave us waking up groggy and needing caffeine.
